    This is a 30 minute follow along @ home strength and stretch class. Join us for this full body workout and yoga flow. We will guide you through a series of strength moves followed by a yoga sequence, all using your handy towel as a prop!

    This is a really nice class starting with some gentle mobility exercises followed by a simple visualization and meditation- all set to the calming and wonderful ukulele played for us live by the fantastic Tessa Divita.
