This fusion class starts with strength progressions: we do 3 rounds of 4 movements building on and adding to each basic movement, making it a little bit more challenging each time. The focus is lower body, core and the back. We finish with a relaxing yoga cool down, releasing tension in the upper body and shoulders as well as the feet, finishing with back bends, twists and a gentle inversion to support the immune system.
