One of our favorite ways to get moving! This class features a type of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and is one of the most efficient ways of building oxygen capacity and boosting metabolism. This workout consists of short bursts of exercise with active recovery or complete rest in between.
In this "Tabata" style training class we do an interval time of 20:10. This means performing each particular exercise at high intensity for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest. We repeat this 8 times- giving us a total of a 4 minute workout. Feel free to repeat this workout for 2-3 rounds!
