In the purchasing of this program, you will receive our 90 page ebook, designed to be used alongside the video classes. In the written portion of our guide you will find pictures of every exercise we feature in our follow along video classes. We have also included full descriptions, tips on alignment, what to avoid, the targeted muscles and areas of they body as well as an explanation of why we chose the exercise specifically for equestrian athletes. The video classes along with the extensive written material of our ebook make up the ULTIMATE Equestrian Athlete's Fitness Guide!

We put this program together with the equestrian lifestyle in mind. We understand you may spend a lot of time with your horse, at the barn and it might not be an option to get to the gym all the time. Our whole concept is making these workouts as accessible for you as possible: if you can’t bring your horse to the gym let’s bring the gym to your horse!

We broke these workouts down into shorter video segments, so you can add them in when you have bursts of time. We have taken what we feel are the key concepts for equestrians, and compressed them into workouts that take less time and are easy to follow along to.

If you have struggled with adding fitness into your life before, that is exactly why we have created this guide for you! We believe this concept of adding on to what you’re already doing is what will make this program last. Research shows that it is easier to make a new habit last when it is paired with an existing one. In this case, you most likely already have the habit of going to the barn, so before and after you ride, include our videos as a warm up or cool down, or even do your core routine right there at the barn! When you do our program, yoga and fitness actually becomes a part of your riding routine. This is about a manageable and small lifestyle change, which you can totally do!

In the making of our program and choosing of each exercise, we had you the rider in mind as though you were a personal client. We believe its time to think of your own body in the same way you are expecting your horse to do with his or hers... and have fun while doing it!

  • “Pre-Ride” Yoga

    Episode 1

    This is a great class to do just before you ride! Feel free to follow along in your riding gear, tennis shoes or barefoot! We will move through a series of poses increasing blood flow and mobilizing the body, while engaging the mind to get you feeling great for your ride ahead!

    In this class we focus on all parts of the lower body, including all areas of the hips, quads, hamstrings and calves. If you find you are feeling extra tight in these areas, make sure to include this class as a regular part of your weekly routine!
